The Pula appreciated against the US dollar (2.2 percent) and the yen (1.2 percent) while depreciating against the euro (0.6 percent), rand (0.7 percent) and the pound (1.9 percent) in April. On an annual basis (twelve months to April 2015), the Pula appreciated against the euro (12.0 percent) and the yen (4.4 percent) but depreciated against the rand (0.6 percent), pound (1.8 percent) and the US dollar (10.0 percent).
