The Pula appreciated against the pound (12.5 percent), euro (3.1 percent) and the US dollar (2.8 percent while depreciating against the rand (3.1 percent) and the yen (5.2 percent) in June. On an annual basis (twelve months to June 2016), the Pula depreciated against the euro (8.7 percent), dollar (9.4 percent) and the yen (24.0 percent) but appreciated against the rand (10.0 percent) and the pound (6.2 percent).
