The domestic companies index (DCI) fell by 0.68 percent during the week ending August 2, closing at 8 620.17 points from 8 679.38 points the previous week. For the year-to-date, the index has risen by 14.78 percent, while the foreign companies index declined by 1.45 percent. A total of 1 044 496 securities valued at P8 449 196 were traded during the week.
